Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items that are unused and in original condition/packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
Customized or personalized products (if applicable)
Items marked final sale
Items with signs of use or damage not caused by transit
Damaged or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
Order number
Clear photos/video of the item and packaging
We will review and provide a resolution (replacement, partial refund, or refund where applicable).
Refunds
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank/payment provider.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item).
